People and culture

At Two Guns CrossFit, our coaching staff believes strength is built through disciplined movement, clear instruction, and a culture that lifts each other up. We don’t just manage class clocks—we teach, refine mechanics, and meet you exactly where you are, whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or training for your next season on the mountain. Our team is committed to high standards on the floor and genuine support beyond it, fostering a tight-knit community where every generation can build lifelong capability.

Hi, I'm Stacey and I love CrossFit! To me, functional movement builds the strength and freedom to stay active and independent for a lifetime. Whether working with adults or leading the next generation to fall in love with moving, my passion is helping people build strength and power that lasts.

I understand how scary starting new things can be, but I welcome ANY BODY to just come see how FUN functional movement should be. What makes this community so special is how everyone lifts each other up and supports one another—creating a space that constantly reminds us how amazing and capable we truly are.

YES YOU CAN!

Functional fitness saved my life. When I started Crossfit in 2012 I was a type 2 diabetic and 100 pounds overweight. I joined because my ex husband said it was the only way he would go to the gym with me. After 3 months my ex quit Crossfit, but I had completely fallen in love with functional fitness. After 3 years of Crossfit and better nutrition I had lost 80 pounds and was at an a1c of 4.1 for 6 years. Then after having 2 kids at 39 and 41 I was faced again having to battle my way again out of type 2 diabetes caused by depression and gestational diabetes. Crossfit saved my life a second time. My Crossfit gym communities have given me the love and support I have needed through all the hardest times in my life and I am eternally grateful to know such a great group of people.
